4th International Indonesia Forum: Enriching Future Generations, Education Promoting Indonesian Self-Development
The International Indonesia Forum is a platform based on mutual cooperation and interaction of scholars from various disciplines, universities and nations coming together to share their work around a central theme related to Indonesia. The third Forum held in Yogyakarta State University, 27-28 June 2011. More than 85 students, academician/ lecturer/ researcher attendant this two days forum seminar. This Forum sponsored by Yale University and Yogyakarta State University (Uiversitas Negeri Yogyakarta), focus on education in Indonesia. The topic approached by scholars of various disciplines from diverse angles. The papers are exploring all aspects of the unique mix that shapes Indonesia today as education serves as a tool that can be applied to make people into better citizens, parents, businessmen, artists, and politicians in the Indonesian nation-state framework.
